Low
Handicap Player: Should use a driver from
the tee and favor the left side of the fairway since
the fairway slopes from the left to the right. The
right side of the fairway is the best angle of attack.
This green slopes severely from the left to the right,
as will the approach shots. The best putt is generally
from the right side of the green, as it is uphill.
If the pin is placed in the right front of the green
it may be best to be short of the green, close on
the right. From any place other than below the hole,
the putt will invariably go off the green.
Average
Handicap Player: Should use a driver or three
wood from the tee. A drive to the left can put you
in the tree line (or out of bounds) and force the
player to chip out or take a penalty. The trees on
the right present the same choices except they are
not out of bounds. The fairway and the green go from
left to right and the approach shot should be lined
up to the left side of the green. The best shot is
one that lands short and feeds onto the green. |
