Executive Chef Wayne Ricco

A 1980 graduate of the highly touted Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Ricco has worked his vast culinary expertise at some of the New York Metropolitan Area’s finest corporate dining rooms, hotels and restaurants including The World Financial Center in NYC, The Regent Wall Street Hotel, The Metuchen Golf and Country Club, The Riverfront Café and many others. Throughout his 28 year career, he has received many distinguished culinary awards at shows such as the International Geneva Association Show in 1984 and 1997, the New York Restaurant Show in 1982 and 1983 and the first National Chef’s table competition in 2005.

Over the years, he has had the ability to work with some of the finest chefs to train and refine his gastronomy skills. Chef Ricco is a member of the American Culinary Federation –International Chefs Association and an active alumni of the Culinary Institute of America and comes to the Colonia Country Club to share his culinary expertise with us.

Chef Ricco has experience with grand scale events for up to 2,000 guests to intimate personal gatherings. He is prepared to make your dining or catering experience at Colonia Country Club a meal to remember with fresh sumptuous offerings of exceptional quality and multi-cultural flare. .
